Cook what you kill.

The dungeon baits you with treasure, digests the fallen, and grows new monsters from the meal.

A living table

The dungeon is alive — and it is hungry.

It grows treasure like nectar to lure adventurers. When they fall, it chews and digests them. That nutrition becomes bigger halls, denser layers, and more monsters. The glitter you chase is bait. The beasts you fight are the table’s leftovers.

You are Pip, a village kitchen apprentice who wakes in the Verdant Threshold with only the Living Cookbook. The rest of the kitchen line is mid-swallow. Cook their Signature Dishes, set the offering on the altar, and pull them free before the last swallow.
